After working in the high stress environment of a Ambulance Emergency operations center, I've decided to move into something that was originally put in place to help me cope with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. But now has become more of a passion and a new direction for me.

After investing in a Axminster tools AC355WL wood turning lathe I'm now able to produce a variety of turned goods ranging from small items like hand made pens ans pocket watch stands to larger items like lamp bases etc. Up to a length of 510mm.

Hopefully I'm now getting to the light at the end of that tunnel and will be back at work soon, I'm due an appointment with the consultant shortly and fingers crossed I should be having my final operation soon. Been for my follow up appointment today at the hospital, unfortunately things haven't gone to plan and I'm going to need further medical input to get back to my usual self.
